Robyn is a change evangelist! She has 20 years of corporate experience and a passion for small and medium size business.   Robyn is an expert at turning around troubled departments or business units or starting new business units from scratch. She has a unique background in Marketing, Sales, Operations and HR.

In 2008, Robyn launched Aha! Leadership which specializes in helping organizations create a culture and drive accountability by using a variety of engaging, highly interactive workshops that inspire every participant to engage and think!  Robyn’s unique ability to connect and motivate people is what makes Aha! Alexandra Rozema

Alexandra Rozema has served in Human Resources positions of progressive responsibility at a number of Fortune 1000 organizations, including Abbot Laboratories, Ford Motor Company, Philips Electronics and most recently Domino’s Pizza. Starting her career as Human Resources Generalist, Alexandra has held positions of leadership in the areas of Training, Organizational Development, Recruitment and Talent Management. Judy Rathwell

Judy Rathwell models integrity drives excellence and encourages collaboration. She has 24 years of corporate experience across various industries, including automotive, telecom and marketing services industries and has a proven leadership track record. She is known for the focus and energy she brings to each project and she delivers the best possible results, on time.

Throughout her career, she has gravitated to roles and projects that are ambiguous, undefined, and new in nature – as she enjoys jumping in and figuring things out – this is where she honed her collaboration and teamwork skills. In her marketing and project management roles, she is known for bringing color, direction and results to a wide variety of “gray or vague” objectives.

Terry Niles

Terry has over twenty years’ experience as an Executive, working in both the public and private sectors.   She is an excellent listener who can “bridge the gap” between different constituents within an organization; the board and the corporation, management and employees, customers and team members and technology and business.

Terry began her career in Information Technology and was very effective at communicating and interpreting the needs of business users as well as the technical team, quickly becoming the CIO of a multi-organization company.  Her technical expertise has served her well throughout her career and she continues to assist management teams and technology teams work effectively.

Her industry background is diverse.  As the senior executive in a service organization, she had to learn her clients’ industries and markets in order to offer them exceptional value and drive successful programs.  She understands the nuances of several major vertical markets and helps her clients learn from the experiences of other companies and markets.

Examples of key work Terry has done for corporations: developed employee enrichment programs, Key Person Program, Educate to Innovate programs, corporate strategy development and an organization restructuring which resulted in a $8M cost reduction with negative impact on the company’s culture or client relationships.   As a consultant, Terry has been an interim-COO, interim-Chief Strategist and CMO.

Emelie has over twenty–five years experience in areas that include Leadership Coaching, Instructional Systems Design, Performance Improvement, Training and Development, Education, and Marketing. She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and is a member of the Harvard Institute for Coaching. She holds degrees in education and instructional systems design. Emelie’s approach to coaching and leadership training is supported by proven processes, which are based in principles of adult learning and motivation, as well as research in neuroscience. Emelie believes this approach empowers leaders to confidently execute strategies while building their emotional intelligence to generate positive interpersonal relationships.

Emelie has worked in a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Education, and Digital Marketing. Emelie has served in leadership positions at Team Detroit Incorporated, SPX Service Solutions, Triad Performance Technologies, General Physics, and Uniroyal Tire Company. She has created and launched coaching programs and mentoring programs for high potential leaders. She has developed high potential leadership curriculums, taught leadership courses, and facilitated company-wide change initiatives. She is an accomplished facilitator and is certified to teach a wide range of leadership workshops, as well as, certified in a number of leadership assessment tools.  Having led global virtual teams, and coached global clients, Emelie also brings international experience to her leadership training and coaching capabilities. Emelie’s clients include Ford Motor Company, General Motors, BMW, Volkswagen, Honda, Subaru, Hyundai, Ford Credit, Amway, Steelcase, and Proctor and Gamble.

Emelie lives on the beautiful island of Grosse Ile, with her husband Franco, and the many deer that frequently visit her backyard.

Lukas Garske

LukasGarskeLukas is … Driven. Pragmatic. Ambitious.

Lukas is a student at the University of Michigan. He is an entrepreneur and has already started two of his own companies. Lukas is currently studying Political Science and Entrepreneurship and plans on pursuing a Masters of Business Administration.

Lukas has significant work experience in  institutional advancement; a field in which he has worked as a direct fundraiser, a consultant, for a family foundation and for a non-profit. He is also a justice on the highest student court at the University of Michigan.  Lukas uses his valuable experience to support Aha! Leadership behind the scenes. For fun Lukas enjoys playing basketball and soccer and reading anything by Malcom Gladwell.
